We spent our long weekend a few different places.
Highlights include:
We climbed some really fun routes early Saturday morning, up Logan Canyon. Again, the river was so- crazy-ly full! Most of the campgrounds were closed and full of water!
Saturday afternoon we headed up to the Schmidt Bear Lake Compound. We went out boating, BBQ'd, and watched fireworks from around the fire.
Oakley (cute pup above) spent the entire time trying to get someone to throw his ball. He got a few thrown in the fire so he would stop pestering everyone.
Monday was spent climbing in American Fork and planting the rest of the garden in the rain.
Best highlight of the weekend: Our cute niece, Avery Mae, was born Monday afternoon. When we went to see her, the nurses had a red, white, and blue ribbon in her hair for the holiday. We are glad the delivery and everything went without a hitch! Congrats Jason and Ashley!
On Memorial Day the family predicted birthday's for Avery. D choose the 4th. Since he ended up being right, he gets free pizza. He says he's not going to share. He also, claims it's because of his extensive lunar cycle knowledge. ... Ya, he's probably that smart, but I'm not buying it.
